The engine under every trade

Two goals, in this order
First, trust in the sale: the producer knows how much and when, the buyer pays for product that was actually checked, and the chain can be reconstructed link by link. Second, the data that journey leaves behind — returned as forecast and regional comparison, so the next harvest is decided with more than a hunch. The order matters: nobody stays for the dashboard if the payment is not certain.
Guaranteed payment
Funds held in escrow before pickup, released on the buyer’s acceptance.
Full traceability
Every lot reconstructed link by link, from the field to the buyer.
Supply, demand, and the chain between them
A producer lists what a cycle will yield. A buyer publishes what they need, with the quality spec written down and frozen. Either side can start, and no algorithm decides for you — the match is explicit, you choose who you close with. In between works the accredited chain the trade actually needs: the transport agent who checks the lot in the field, the processor who cleans, dries and classifies it under an audited certification, the warehouse that holds it, the cooperative that sells for its members, the broker who brings the parties together without ever touching the goods.
Trust is built, not claimed
Escrow before pickup
A matched sale has the buyer’s payment held before collection. No escrow, no pickup.
Price frozen at close
The price agreed is the price paid. No indexing, no renegotiation mid-journey.
Objective quality
Typed attributes per crop, frozen at close. Nobody changes the ruler mid-game.
Independent certifiers
They audit the processor’s processes, never the lot, and never trade. Conflicts are checked.
Whoever holds never attests
Custody and attestation are separated by design, at every link.
Human disputes
Above tolerance, a person decides. Never an algorithm.
The money, the record, and what comes next
Settled in your currency
In Paraguay the price is formed and settled in guaraníes: that is what the producer sees, and what the producer receives. The buyer pays in whatever is easiest on their side, and the group’s payment layer handles the rest. AgroEngine takes no position on the difference.
A record that is yours
Every settled lot leaves proof behind: what was planted, what left the field, what was checked, what was paid — with dates and names. It is your operating history, and it is yours. The day a bank or a cooperative asks you to show what you produce, it already exists. AgroEngine does not lend and does not score you.
Learning that follows the season
As seasons accumulate, the platform points producers and cooperatives at the training that fits the gap it can actually see — a recommendation of what to learn next, not a course to enrol in. It comes after the core, when the data has earned the right to say something.

Paraguay first
Guaraní is your currency, and it's a language the platform speaks. You already count your harvest in sacas — so does AgroEngine. Notices arrive by WhatsApp and SMS, because the app is a convenience, not a requirement. List your first lot with no RUC and no minimum plot — the fiscal ID only comes up when you close a sale.
Who takes part
Producer
Declares fields and cycles, lists offers, delivers, and knows how much and when.
Buyer
Publishes buy requests with a typed spec and pays only for verified product.
Transport agent
Checks the lot at pickup against the frozen spec and carries custody.
Processor
Cleans, dries, classifies and stores, certified scope by scope. Process loss is theirs, never the producer’s.
Certifier
Audits the processor’s processes with public, dated credentials. Never touches a lot.
Cooperative
Aggregates producers and sells on their behalf, often processing and storing too.
Warehouse
Pure custody: it holds the lot and answers for it while it is there.
Broker
Brings the parties together and closes deals without ever holding the goods.
Financier
Accredited and licensed, advances value against product in custody. Disbursement is still in regulatory structuring.
What they say about AgroEngine
Illustrative scenarios while our first harvests are underway.

María Duarte
Sesame producer, San Pedro
I knew how much I would receive the moment the truck was checked. Nothing changed after that - that is why I stayed.

Carlos Benítez
Grain buyer
I pay only for verified product. The spec was frozen when we closed, and what I did not accept came straight back.

Coop San Isidro
Cooperative
We sell on behalf of our members with the chain recorded link by link. Disputes are decided by people, and it shows.

Rubén Silva
Transport agent
The conference screen shows exactly what to measure for each crop. I accept, register discards with a reason, and custody is mine.

Diego Ayala
soybean producer, Alto Paraná
I publish the volume the cycle actually has, never more. The offer holds it, and what a match does not take goes straight back to the next one.

Beneficiadora Yguazú
certified processor
My credential is public, with its scope and its expiry date. Process loss is recorded against me, not against the producer — that is what makes the number trustworthy.
